Spam on a Stick with Uncle Dan's Dipping Sauces

Ingredients:
  • 1 Can Spam
  • Rice Flour (or Almond Flour)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Panko
  • Frying oil
Instructions:
  1. Cut Spam into equal rectangles
  2. Skewer Spam rectangles with wooden skewers
  3. Mix one package Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch into 2 cups Rice Flour
  4. Beat together 3 eggs; set our 2 cups Panko
  5. Take skewered Spam rectangles--dip in Chipotle Ranch, then roll in egg, then roll in Panko. Set aside to be fried.
  6. Fry in oil until golden brown.
  7. Mix one package of your favorite Uncle Dan’s flavor (see below)
  8. Serve and enjoy.
Dipping Sauce
  1. ***Note: The great thing about Uncle Dan’s is you can mix it to taste. We will be giving FULL package mixing instructions here but you can alter these to your taste. TIP: Make Uncle Dan’s the day before.
  2. In a bowl mix Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch (or your favorite UD flavor) with 1 cup artisan mayo and 1 cup Sour Cream. Set Aside

Dill salmon sushi

Dill Salmon Sushi Recipie

Ingredients:

  • One cut of sushi grade salmon
  • Sheets of dried seaweed
  • Cooked sushi rice
  • One avocado
  • Cut scallions
  • One package Uncle Dan’s Country Dill
  • Rice Flour
  • Water
  • Panko
Instructions:
  1. Thinly slice the salmon
  2. Place plastic wrap on top of a sushi rolling mat, followed by a piece square of dried seaweed
  3. Spread sushi rice across dried seaweed, patting down firmly
  4. Dice avocados; place cubes on top of rice
  5. Add 2-3 strips of salmon; sprinkle with Uncle Dan’s Country Dill
  6. Carefully roll together using the sushi roller
  7. Cut the sushi roll in half
  8. Mix a simple tempura batter of rice flour, water, and Uncle Dan’s Dill
  9. Dip in sushi halves in tempura; roll in panko
  10. Fry until golden brown, carefully slice
  11. Prepare Uncle Dan’s Country Dill Dip (see below); use as garnish or dip

Ingredients:
  • 1-2 Heads Cauliflower
  • Two Packets Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch (Or one packet Chipotle Ranch, one packet desired Ranch Flavor)
  • Grape Seed Oil (Or preferred cooking oil)
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
Instructions:

Cauliflower Bites
  1. Cut cauliflower into florets
  2. Coat florets with several tablespoons grapeseed oil, mixing thoroughly
  3. Sprinkle with Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch seasoning to taste.
  4. Pile High in an oven-safe dish.
  5. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 min.
  6. Serve with Uncle Dan’s Ranch Dip and enjoy!

Fried Chicken Ranch Bites with Mediterranean Garlic Dip Recipe

Delicious chicken bites with a delicious dipping sauce!

Serves: Serves 2-4

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • ½ - 1 Package Uncle Dan’s Med Garlic (to taste)
  • ½ - 1 Cup Artisan Mayo (any specialty store should have these OR use regular mayo)
  • ½ - 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ - 1 Package Chipotle Ranch (to taste)
  • 2 cups Japanese rice flour or (gluten-free almond flour)
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 eggs
Instructions
Dredge
  1. Mix Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch with 2 cups rice flour. place this mix on a plate. On a separate plate put Panko crumbs. In a bowl place two eggs and beat well.
  2. Dredge Cubed Chicken in rice flour, roll in egg wash, roll in panko crumbs.
Dipping Sauce

  1. Fill fry pan with approx 1” deep oil. Heat Canola oil , rice oil or grapeseed oil to 350 degrees F.

  • Oyster Crackers
  • 3-4 Tbs Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Open oyster crackers and put into large mixing bowl.
  2. Add in oil.
  3. Season with Uncle Dan's to taste.
  4. Mix with a spoon.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

We call this the options sandwich because of all the quick and simple variations it offers. The sandwich offers great flavors in a very easy to make sandwich that is perfect for flying out the door with you on your way to work or the gym.

Ingredients
  • ½ Tsp Uncle Dan’s Classic Ranch Seasoning (unprepared)
  • OR
  • 2 Tbs prepared Uncle Dan’s Classic Ranch Salad Dressing (prepared)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Slices of your favorite bread (toasted)
  • 1 Pinch of Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1- Egg, prepared how you like it (optional)
  • 1 Tsp chopped bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
  1. Toast bread.
  2. Pit and slice your avocado into thin slices and lay across toast.
  3. Sprinkle with Uncle Dan’s or drizzle with pre-pared Uncle Dan’s.
  4. Finish with red pepper/egg and/or bacon bits.

Ingredients
  • 1 Pkg (75 oz.) Uncle Dan’s Classic Ranch or Creamy Ranch Mix
  • 1 16 oz container Greek Yogurt
  • 1 14 oz can Artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 C cooked crabmeat( rinsed and drained) OR imitation crab
  • 2 Tbs chopped red or green bell pepper
  • Sliced French bread, crackers or fresh vegetables, for dipping
Instructions
  1. Combine dips mix with sour cream.
  2. Stir in artichoke hearts, crabmeat, and bell peppers.
  3. Chill 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with sliced French bread, crackers or fresh vegetables.
  5. Makes 3 1/2 cups.

  • 8 C Mixed rice, wheat and/or corn cereal
  • 2 1/2 C Small pretzels
  • 2 1/2 C Bite-size, Cheddar cheese crackers (optional)
  • 3 Tbs Vegetable oil
  • 1 .75oz Uncle Dan’s Original Southern Classic Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
Instructions
  1. Combine cereal, pretzels and crackers in a gallon size zip lock or paper grocery bag.
  2. Pour oil over mixture.
  3. Seal bag and toss to coat.
  4. Add seasoning & salad dressing mix until coated.
  5. Makes 10 cups.

Ingredients
  • 1 - 1oz Package Uncle Dan’s California Country Dill Mix
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream or Greek yogurt (or mix ½ and ½)
  • 4 oz. Cooked Bacon chopped
  • 2 Bunches Asparagus
Instructions
  1. Asparagus – Boil, steam or BBQ until cooked to preference.
  2. While asparagus is cooking mix up the Uncle Dan’s Country dill.
  3. Move cooked asparagus to serving plate and drizzle generously with the Uncle Dan’s Country Dill sauce.
  4. Top with bacon garnish. Serves 6 to 8.
  5. Note: To make this for a smaller family or less than 4 people cut the above recipe in half.
