Cauliflower & Broccoli Salad Recipe

The key to making a great salad is the dressing. Uncle Dan’s® salad dressings always taste great because you make them fresh with your own ingredients (i.e.: buttermilk, mayo & sour cream). We select the finest herbs and spices into our secret award winning salad dressing mix and party dip recipes.

  • 3-1/2 cups bite size Broccoli pieces
  • 3-1/2 cups bite size Cauliflower pieces
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1-8 oz can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups Uncle Dan’s® prepared Dressing (Good with Creamy Ranch, Bleu Cheese, or Classic Ranch)
  1. Blanch Broccoli and Cauliflower pieces until tender but firm.
  2. Rinse with cold water.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
