INGREDIENTS:
- Two Avocados
- One package of Uncle Dan’s Original Southern Classic Ranch
- One can of salsa
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cube both avocados
- Mix cubes in a bowl with 2-3 tablespoons salsa
- Stir in 1 package of Uncle Dan’s
- Stir until mixed
Guacamole Dip Recipe
An avocado-based sauce that originated with the Aztecs in Mexico. In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine it has also become part of American cuisine as a dip, condiment and salad ingredient.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Uncle Dan’s® Creamy Ranch Dressing Mix (dry)
- 2 Avocados
- Lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- Mix Uncle Dan’s with sour cream and set aside. Mash avocados in separate bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir in Uncle Dan’s® mixture. Add salsa and milk until desired consistency. Add chopped tomatoes and green onions if desired.
