Spam on a stick!? Yup. You never know you might like it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 can of spam
Rice flour or almond flour
3 eggs
2 cups of panko
Frying oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut Spam into equal rectangles
Skewer Spam rectangles with wooden skewers
Mix one package Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch into 2 cups Rice Flour
Beat together 3 eggs; set our 2 cups Panko
Take skewered Spam rectangles--dip in Chipotle Ranch, then roll in egg, then roll in Panko. Set aside to be fried.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
Mix one package of your favorite Uncle Dan’s flavor (see below)
Serve and enjoy.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DIPPING SAUCE:
***Note: The great thing about Uncle Dan’s is you can mix it to taste. We will be giving FULL package mixing instructions here but you can alter these to your taste. TIP: Make Uncle Dan’s the day before.
In a bowl mix Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch (or your favorite UD flavor) with 1 cup artisan mayo and 1 cup Sour Cream. Set Aside
1 package of Uncle Dan's Chipotle Seasoning and Salad Dressing
1 zucchini, sliced in half
1 largely chopped red onion
1 largely chopped red bell pepper
8 mushrooms
2 Roma tomatoes, cut in half
1 package of Uncle Dan’s Italian Seasoning and Salad Dressing, sprinkle to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and Pepper, sprinkle to taste
Arugula
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
Pinch of Uncle Dan’s Italian
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 cups of whole milk
2 tablespoons of horse radish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Season steak with Uncle Dan’s Chipotle seasoning and let sit for 5 minutes.
Toss veggies up with seasonings, garlic and olive oil and grill on BBQ.
Meanwhile make horseradish cream by using a hand held foamer or buerre mixer till frothy and thick.
Cook steak till desired doneness.
Toss up grilled veggies when done with vinaigrette and arugula and slice steak and fan over top and add horseradish cream. A sliced baguette is optional.

• 1 packet Uncle Dan's Italian Italienne dressing mix
• 1 C. chopped Pancetta
• 2 C. quartered brown mushrooms
• 2 C. artichoke hearts chopped coarsely
• 2 C. cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
• zest from two lemons
• 1 T fresh thyme leaves
• 1 T chopped Italian parsley
• 1 baguette loaf
Instructions
Render Pancetta, strain and reserve fat.
Add Uncle Dan's Italian Italienne dressing mix to fat, sauté mushrooms, add artichokes and cherry tomatoes and heat through.
Add half of the lemon zest and half of the thyme along with crisp Pancetta, mix thoroughly.
Slice baguette into 1/4" diagonal Crostini and toast lightly.
Top toasted baguette with mixture and garnish with remaining lemon zest, parsley and fresh thyme.
