Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Tomato and Bacon Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Dan's Italian Seasoning and Salad Dressing
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Dan's Mediterranean Garlic Seasoning and Salad Dressing
  • 2 can of tuna
  • 1 C cottage cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Bacon
  • 1 loaf italian bread
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Slice the loaf of bread.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and then brown the bread on each side.
  3. Mix tuna and cottage cheese in a bowl.Stir in Uncle Dan's Mediterranean Garlic.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix in sliced cherry tomatoes, Uncle Dan's Italian, fresh chopped parsley, and olive oil.
  5. Slice bacon and cook until done.
  6. Top the bruschetta with the tun mixture and broil in the oven until warm.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with bacon and tomato mixture.

Mediterranean Garlic Steamed Shrimp Recipe

This recipe comes from Uncle Dan's® customer Shirley. "I'm southern, love steamed, peel and eat shrimp. I have always used Old Bay Seasoning on the steamed shrimp. I had friends in tonight and decided to use Uncle Dan's Mediterranean Garlic and it received rave reviews." My guests loved it.

Ingredients
  • Shrimp
  • 1/2 package Uncle Dan's® Mediterranean Garlic
  • Ketchup
  • Horseradish
Instructions
  1. Steam unpeeled shrimp in steamer and cover with 1/2 package of Uncle Dan's® Mediterranean Garlic, toss over a couple times
  2. Add balance of packet and toss again until all shrimp are covered
  3. Put top on steamer and let go for 10 minutes
  4. Serve with a ketchup, horseradish dip
