Simple yet delicious French fry recipe!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Uncle Dan’s® Chipotle Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 bag frozen French Fries
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle Uncle Dan’s® Chipotle Ranch Seasoning & Dip Mix over French fries. Cook according to package.

Baked Sliced Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 pkg Uncle Dan’s® Original Southern Classic Ranch Seasoning and Dressing Mix
  • 4 tbsp. grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Scrub and rinse potatoes.
  2. Cut potatoes into thin slices being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Place potatoes in baking dish and fan slightly.
  4. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle on seasoning mix.
  5. Bake at 425 for 50 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
  7. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes are lightly browned and soft inside.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Dan's® Classic Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing
  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 C chopped green onions
  • 1 C chopped bacon
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 1 C mayonaise
  • 2 C sour cream
Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes until they fall apart easily and then mash in bowl with hands or fork. Slice and cook bacon until crispy. Mix in ingredients with (gloved) hands.

Twice Baked Potato Recipe

Think of baked potatoes as nature's mini casseroles - an edible dish that can hold up to a hearty stuffing.

Ingredients
  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup prepared Uncle Dan’s® Classic Ranch (Original Southern) Dressing
  • Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Bake potatoes until done.
  2. Cut in half, spoon out middles (leaving 1/4” with skin).
  3. In a large bowl combine potato, butter and Uncle Dan’s® Dressing. Blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Spoon into potato shells.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese (if desired top with bacon bits and chopped onions).
  7. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and serve.
