- Fresh Tortillas
- Lard
- Lime Juice
- Salt
- Cilantro
- 1 package Uncle Dan's® Chipotle Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing
- 2 Avocados
- 3 C Diced Tomatoes
- For the chips, cut the tortillas into triangle wedges and then grill in the lard until a light golden brown. Lay on parchment paper to cool, and then sprinkle with salt.
- For the salsa, dice tomatoes, avocado, and slice up the cilantro. Stir in salt and Uncle Dan's® Chipotle Ranch to taste.
