Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes with Uncle Dan’s® Original Southern Classic Ranch Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 package Uncle Dan’s® Original Southern Classic Ranch Seasoning and Dressing Mix
  • 4 tablespoons grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Scrub and rinse the potatoes.
  2. Carefully cut the potatoes into thin slices, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  3. Place the potatoes in a baking dish, slightly fanning the slices.
  4. Drizzle the potatoes with the melted butter or margarine, then sprinkle with Uncle Dan’s® Original Southern Classic Ranch Seasoning.
  5. Bake the potatoes in a preheated 425°F oven for 50 minutes.
  6. After baking, remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle them with the grated Cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are lightly browned and soft inside.

love your original southern however it is very hard to find most of the time, as soon as I need more I will order on line so happy I found you on line1
