Refund & Return Policy

 

Return Window

You can return your item within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we can't provide a refund or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on several types of goods including, but not limited to, perishable goods such as edible food, shipping fees, and additional costs.

 

Return Process

For us to process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase, including your full name, date of purchase, and order number.

 

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds under specific conditions:

  • Items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or have been opened for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refund Process

We will inspect your returned item once we receive it and notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale can't be refunded. We only refund regularly priced items.

 

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we can exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email at Corporate@uncledans.com and send your item to: 9151 N Hess St, Hayden ID 83835, USA.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will send a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Return Shipping

Mail your returned product to 9151 N Hess St, Hayden ID 83835, USA. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you're shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
