Infused with Uncle Dan’s Ranch Seasoning, they deliver the perfect balance of heat from your favorite buffalo sauce and cool, creamy ranch. Serve them at your next party, game day gathering, or any time you crave that iconic wing flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 1 packet Uncle Dan’s Ranch Seasoning (about 1 ounce)
- ½ cup buffalo-style hot sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for richer flavor)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Extra ranch dressing, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or fryer oil to 375°F (190°C);
- Pat wings dry with paper towels;
- Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a pinch of Uncle Dan’s Ranch Seasoning;
- In a large bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, Uncle Dan’s Ranch Seasoning, and melted butter (if using);
- Add wings and toss to coat evenly;
- For oven: place wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes (flip halfway), or until internal temp is 165°F (74°C); for fryer: carefully lower wings into hot oil and fry 8–10 minutes, then drain on paper towels;
- (Optional) Warm extra Buffalo Ranch sauce and toss cooked wings again for extra flavor;
- Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side.
