Cobb Salad Wrap with Uncle Dan's Country Dill Dip


  • 3 standard whole-grain tortillas
  • ¾ cup thinly sliced lettuce
  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 6 tbsp minced red onion
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked any way you like, then shredded)
  • 6 tbsp bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1 packet Uncle Dan's Country Dill Mix
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups mayonnaise


  1. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Layer the tortilla with lettuce, sliced hard-boiled egg, and minced onions.
  3. Add the sliced avocado, chopped tomatoes, shredded chicken, and blue cheese crumbles on top of the other ingredients.
  4. Carefully roll up the tortilla to encase all the ingredients. Use a toothpick to secure the wrap if necessary.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Slice the wrap in half and serve with Uncle Dan's Country Dill Dip.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the Uncle Dan's Country Dill Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.
  8. For best results, mix at least 8 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  9. Keep the dip refrigerated until ready to serve.
