Ingredients
- 3 standard whole-grain tortillas
- ¾ cup thinly sliced lettuce
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 6 tbsp minced red onion
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked any way you like, then shredded)
- 6 tbsp bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 packet Uncle Dan's Country Dill Mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups mayonnaise
Instructions
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface.
- Layer the tortilla with lettuce, sliced hard-boiled egg, and minced onions.
- Add the sliced avocado, chopped tomatoes, shredded chicken, and blue cheese crumbles on top of the other ingredients.
- Carefully roll up the tortilla to encase all the ingredients. Use a toothpick to secure the wrap if necessary.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve with Uncle Dan's Country Dill Dip.
- In a large bowl, combine the Uncle Dan's Country Dill Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.
- For best results, mix at least 8 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Keep the dip refrigerated until ready to serve.
