Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Prepare the Chicken: Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, place 1 cup of flour. In the second bowl, beat 2 eggs. In the third bowl, add 1 cup of breadcrumbs (use panko for extra crunch).
- Bread the Chicken: Coat each chicken tender first in the flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake the Tenders: Place the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Prepare the Blue Cheese Dip: While the tenders are baking, make the blue cheese dip. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, and 1 packet of Uncle Dan’s Blue Cheese Mix. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
- Serve: Once the chicken tenders are crispy and golden, remove them from the oven. Serve immediately with the creamy blue cheese dip on the side.
