Fire up the grill and get ready for fall-off-the-bone flavor! These Grilled Baby Back Ribs are coated with Uncle Dan’s Trophy Spice – Steak & Rib Blend for a bold, smoky crust that locks in flavor. Perfect for backyard BBQs, family dinners, or anytime you’re craving ribs done right.

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 3 tbsp Uncle Dan’s Trophy Spice – Steak & Rib Blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (optional, for glaze)
- Kosher salt (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
- Rub both sides with olive oil, then season generously with Uncle Dan’s Trophy Spice – Steak & Rib Blend.
- Optional: Add a light spritz of apple cider vinegar for extra tenderness.
- Let the ribs rest at room temperature for 30 minutes (or refrigerate for up to 12 hours).
- Preheat grill to 250–275°F for indirect heat. Add wood chips if desired.
- Grill ribs bone-side down for 2.5 to 3 hours with the lid closed, rotating halfway through.
- Optional: Brush with BBQ sauce and grill over direct heat for the last 15 minutes.
- Let ribs rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
