Rustic Tortilla Chips & Salsa
- Fresh Tortillas
- Lime Juice
- 1 package of Uncle Dan's® Chipotle Ranch Seasoning
- 2 Avocados
- 3 cups of diced tomatoes
- For the chips, cut the tortillas into triangle wedges and then grill in the lard until a light golden brown.
- Lay on parchment paper to cool, and then sprinkle with salt.
- For the salsa, dice tomatoes, avocado, and slice up the cilantro.
- Stir in salt and Uncle Dan's® Chipotle Ranch to taste.
