Rustic Tortilla Chips and Salsa Recipe

  • Fresh Tortillas
  • Lard
  • Lime Juice
  • Salt
  • Cilantro
  • 1 package Uncle Dan's® Chipotle Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing
  • 2 Avocados
  • 3 C Diced Tomatoes
  1. For the chips, cut the tortillas into triangle wedges and then grill in the lard until a light golden brown. Lay on parchment paper to cool, and then sprinkle with salt.
  2. For the salsa, dice tomatoes, avocado, and slice up the cilantro. Stir in salt and Uncle Dan's® Chipotle Ranch to taste.
