This Creamy Ranch Halibut recipe is a wonderful way to enjoy a delicious seafood dinner at home. The recipe, shared by an Uncle Dan's customer from a fishing expedition captain, uses Uncle Dan's Creamy Ranch dressing to add an extra burst of flavor to the delicate halibut fillets. The resulting dish is moist, flavorful, and perfect for any seafood lover.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Uncle Dan's Creamy Ranch prepared as salad dressing
- 3-4 halibut fillets (skinned)
- 1 corning baking tray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pour half of the prepared Uncle Dan's Creamy Ranch dressing into the bottom of the corning baking tray.
- Place the halibut fillets in the tray, atop the dressing.
- Pour the remaining dressing over the halibut fillets, ensuring they are well-covered.
- Cover the tray with foil and place it in the preheated oven.
- Bake the halibut for approximately 30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook the fish, or it may take on a chowder-like consistency.
