  • Uncle Dan's® Mediterranean Garlic Seasoning (amount to taste)
  • 1 Sockeye Salmon fillet (around 1 pound)


  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Generously rub the sockeye salmon fillet with Uncle Dan's® Mediterranean Garlic Seasoning. Make sure to cover both sides and the edges.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon fillet skin side down on the grill.
