  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tsp Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (optional, for extra heat)
  • Paprika and chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let them sit covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel the shells.
  3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with a fork, then mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch, and Sriracha sauce (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Use a spoon or piping bag to fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley for garnish.
