Juicy corned beef, tangy Swiss cheese, and a bold Sriracha Ranch sauce come together in soft slider buns for a flavor-packed bite. Ingredients
- 2 lbs cooked corned beef, sliced or shredded
- 2 tbsp Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch Shaker
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Optional toppings: sauerkraut, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and 1 tbsp of Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch Shaker to create the Sriracha Ranch sauce.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the Sriracha Ranch sauce evenly over the bottom buns.
- Layer the sliced or shredded corned beef over the sauce, followed by the Swiss cheese slices.
- Spread the remaining Sriracha Ranch sauce over the top of the cheese, then place the top halves of the slider buns over the filling.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and the remaining 1 tbsp of Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch Shaker. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the slider buns.
- Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve. Add optional toppings like sauerkraut or pickles for extra flavor!
