Sriracha Ranch Corned Beef Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cooked corned beef, sliced or shredded
  • 2 tbsp Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch Shaker
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • Optional toppings: sauerkraut, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and 1 tbsp of Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch Shaker to create the Sriracha Ranch sauce.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the Sriracha Ranch sauce evenly over the bottom buns.
  5. Layer the sliced or shredded corned beef over the sauce, followed by the Swiss cheese slices.
  6. Spread the remaining Sriracha Ranch sauce over the top of the cheese, then place the top halves of the slider buns over the filling.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and the remaining 1 tbsp of Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch Shaker. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the slider buns.
  8. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve. Add optional toppings like sauerkraut or pickles for extra flavor!
