Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings (drums and flats)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)
- 3 tbsp Uncle Dan's Sriracha Ranch Shaker
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to ensure crispiness.
- Toss the wings in baking powder to help achieve a crispy texture.
- In a large bowl, combine the wings, olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch Shaker. Toss until evenly coated.
- Oven Method: Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Air Fryer Method: Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Remove the wings from the oven or air fryer and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Uncle Dan’s Sriracha Ranch Shaker for an extra burst of flavor.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
