Get ready for a flavor fiesta with Uncle Dan's® Chipotle Ranch Fiesta Salad! This hearty and flavorful salad is loaded with fresh lettuce, olives, cheddar cheese, avocado, kidney beans, onion, and tomatoes. It's dressed with a punchy Chipotle Ranch dressing that's a delight to the senses. For an extra crunch and flavor, add crushed corn chips on top. Want to make it a full meal? Try adding cooked ground beef, shredded beef, or sliced chicken for extra protein.


  • 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 can (2.75 oz) sliced olives
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Avocado, cubed
  • 1 can (16 oz) Kidney Beans
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 package Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch Seasoning & Dip Mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Corn Chips, crushed (optional)


  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, sliced olives, grated cheese, avocado, kidney beans, chopped onion, and tomato wedges.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Chipotle Ranch mix with the buttermilk and mayonnaise. This will form your Chipotle Ranch dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until all ingredients are coated.
  4. Top the salad with crushed corn chips, if desired.
  5. Serve as is or add cooked ground beef, shredded beef, or sliced chicken for extra protein and flavor.
