Chipotle Ranch Taco Salad Recipe

Hearty and flavorful, every bite is a fiesta for your mouth.
Ingredients
  • 1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
  • 1-2.75 oz can sliced olives
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Avocado, cubed
  • 1-16 oz can Kidney Beans
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 package Uncle Dan’s Chipotle Ranch Seasoning & Dip Mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Corn Chips, crushed (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix the Chipotle Ranch mix with the 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayonnaise. Toss salad to coat with Chipotle Ranch dressing and top with corn chips. For variation add cooked ground beef , shredded beef or sliced chicken
