Veggie Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1/2 Cup each of your choice of colorful vegetables: red cabbage, celery, carrots, broccoli, red & yellow bell peppers
  • 1/3 Cup scallions
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. Philly Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 pkgs. Uncle Dan’s® Seasoning and Dip mix, works with Chipotle Ranch or Zesty Ranch
  • 1/2 Cup grated cheese
Instructions
  1. Unroll 2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, flat onto baking sheet gently pressing edges together, making one large crust
  2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees
  3. Take 6 colorful, firm veggies and mince finely
  4. Blend 2 – 8 oz. softened pkgs. Philly Cream Cheese, ¾ cup mayonnaise and 2 pkgs. Uncle Dan’s® Seasoning and Dip mix together.
  5. Stir in 2/3 of the mixed veggies and spread generously on crust
  6. Sprinkle remaining mixed veggies on top and pat gently
  7. Garnish with a bit of grated cheese
  8. Cut into 1-1/2 to 2 inch squares
  9. Best if refrigerated 4 to 5 hours before serving
