What is the obsession with peppers? We are not sure but people love them! So, we answered that call with our Chipotle Ranch. We took sweet smoky chipotle peppers and added them to our classic ranch mix and produced a creamy, smoky and heated dressing, dip, spread or sauce. It does have a little heat, maybe 2 to 2.5 stars. The longer it sits the hotter it gets.
You can use this in dessert recipes but use caution when mixing with melted chocolate.
