A question we are often asked here at Uncle Dan’s is, “how long do your mixes stay good in the package?” Technically, our mixes are dry spices and will not spoil over time. However, spices do lose their peak flavor over time. The grocery stores that carry Uncle Dan’s are told that the mixes have a three-year shelf life.
