INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound of mini twist pretzels
  • 4 ounces of Orville Redenbacher popcorn oil (can substitute with olive oil)
  • ½ a package of Uncle Dan’s® Classic Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon of garlic powder*
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon of dill weed*
  • *The amounts of garlic powder and dill weed can be varied according to your taste.
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Pour the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl, add the popcorn oil and mix thoroughly with a whisk or electric mixer.
  2. Spread the pretzels out in a large 10” by 16” roasting pan and pour the marinade evenly over all of the pretzels. The dry ingredients are not completely absorbed in the oil so it is best to use a tablespoon to ladle the marinade over the pretzels.
  3. Every 10-15 minutes for the next hour and a half use a spatula to stir the pretzels and keep doing this until they fully absorb all the marinade. When this is done, I can assure you that the pretzels will not be soggy, and I can also assure you that you will find it impossible to eat just one.
  4. For 2 or 3-pound batches, just double or triple all of the ingredients. If you are going to make more than 3 pounds, I would suggest using two roasting pans; the thinner the layers of the pretzels, the quicker and the more evenly the marinade will be absorbed.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 ribeye steak
  • 1 package of Uncle Dan's Chipotle Seasoning and Salad Dressing
  • 1 zucchini, sliced in half
  • 1 largely chopped red onion
  • 1 largely chopped red bell pepper
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 package of Uncle Dan’s Italian Seasoning and Salad Dressing, sprinkle to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper, sprinkle to taste
  • Arugula
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • Pinch of Uncle Dan’s Italian
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons of horse radish
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Season steak with Uncle Dan’s Chipotle seasoning and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Toss veggies up with seasonings, garlic and olive oil and grill on BBQ.
  3. Meanwhile make horseradish cream by using a hand held foamer or buerre mixer till frothy and thick.
  4. Cook steak till desired doneness.
  5. Toss up grilled veggies when done with vinaigrette and arugula and slice steak and fan over top and add horseradish cream. A sliced baguette is optional.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound of Wild Sockeye Salmon
  • 3/4 cup of finely diced red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups of finely diced red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of capers
  • 3 tablespoons of Uncle Dan's Mediterranean Garlic Seasoning and Salad Dressing mix
  • 4 Dashes Tabasco (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 cups of Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 3 eggs, beaten
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Chop salmon into ½ inch pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT Panko crumbs.
  3. Add Panko ⅓ cup at a time until a formable consistency (reserve remaining Panko).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TZATZIKI DRESSING: (Mix all ingredients)
  • ½ of a packet of Uncle Dan's California Country Dill Seasoning
  • Cucumber seeded and finely diced
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

    Ingredients
    • 4 medium baking potatoes
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
    • 1/2 package Uncle Dan’s® Original Southern Classic Ranch Seasoning and Dressing Mix
    • 4 tablespoons grated Cheddar Cheese
    • 1-1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
    Instructions
    1. Scrub and rinse potatoes.
    2. Cut potatoes into thin slices being careful not to cut all the way through.
    3. Place potatoes in baking dish and fan slightly.
    4. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle on seasoning mix.
    5. Bake at 425 for 50 minutes.
    6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
    7. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes are lightly browned and soft inside.

    • 1 pound Sausage
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • 1⁄2 cup flour
    • 3⁄4 package Uncle Dan’s® Original Southern Classic Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix
    • 1 1⁄2 cups milk
    • 1 package home-baked refrigerated biscuits
    Instructions
    1. Brown sausage, reserving grease.
    2. Add flour, Uncle Dan’s® and milk to grease, stirring constantly.
    3. Bring to a boil.
    4. Turn down to simmer and add the cooked sausage.
    5. Serve over biscuits.

    INGREDIENTS:
    • 1 package of Uncle Dan's® California Country Dill Seasoning
    • 1 package of Uncle Dan's® Original Southern Classic Ranch Seasoning
    • Eggs
    • White wine
    • Lemon juice
    • ½ cup of melted butter
    • Packaged smoked salmon
    • Potatoes
    INSTRUCTIONS FOR EGGS BENEDICT AND HOLLANDAISE:
    1. Separate egg yolks and put into mixing bowl. Add a splash of white wine and a squeeze of lemon juice.
    2. Using a double boiler, continuously stir the eggs, wine and lemon juice over heat.
    3. Once mixture thickens, stir in butter.
    4. Remove from heat and add in Uncle Dan's® Country Dill Seasoning and Salad Dressing to taste.
    5. Use a griddle to toast English muffins.
    6. Poach eggs (tip: add vinegar to water). Place salmon on an English muffin, top with salmon, egg, and hollandaise.
    INSTRUCTIONS FOR HASH BROWNS:
    1. Shred potatoes.
    2. Using a griddle, spread generous amount of melted butter and then brown potatoes.
    3. Once browned on one side, flip only once.
    4. Top with Uncle Dan's® California Country Dill Seasoning

    Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Tomato and Bacon Bruschetta Recipe

    INGREDIENTS:
    • 1 package of Uncle Dan's Italian Seasoning
    • 1 package of Uncle Dan's Mediterranean Garlic Seasoning
    • 2 cans of tuna
    • 1 cup of cottage cheese
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Bacon
    • 1 loaf of Italian bread
    • Butter
    • Olive oil
    • Fresh parsley
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Slice the loaf of bread.
    2. Melt butter in a pan and then brown the bread on each side.
    3. Mix tuna and cottage cheese in a bowl. Stir in Uncle Dan's Mediterranean Garlic.
    4. In a separate bowl, mix in sliced cherry tomatoes, Uncle Dan's Italian, fresh chopped parsley, and olive oil.
    5. Slice bacon and cook until done.
    6. Top the bruschetta with the tuna mixture and broil in the oven until warm.
    7. Remove from the oven and top with bacon and tomato mixture.
